1. Agreement

By browsing or ordering from Silent Mode Wardrobe you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not place an order.

2. Products & colour

All pieces are produced in small runs and photographed in black and white. Slight variations in tone, wash and measurement of up to 1cm are part of garment-washed production, not defects.

3. Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may correct pricing errors or cancel an order before dispatch, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept bank transfer, card payment and cash on delivery within Pakistan. Orders are confirmed only once payment or COD verification is complete.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Islamabad within 48 working hours and typically arrive in 2–5 working days nationwide. Delays caused by courier partners are outside our control.

6. Exchanges & returns

Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Sale items are final.

7. Intellectual property

All imagery, patterns, copy and branding on this site belong to Silent Mode Wardrobe and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or our garments.

9. Governing law

hese terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Islamabad.
